Payment and Shipping Policies

Payment

Detoti Auto Parts accepts PayPal. An invoice will be sent to the primary email address within 24 hours of purchase. (If you do not receive this invoice, please check your spam folder and then contact us.) Purchases paid via PayPal will be shipped to the “Confirmed” name and address on the buyers PayPal account. Please call prior to purchase if you would like us to ship to a different name or address. E- Checks are accepted through PayPal, and please note that payments can take about 5 business days to clear. We are instructed by PayPal to allow all E-Checks to clear before shipping product. We will only ship product after E-Check clears, no exceptions.


** CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS**

When paying using a Credit Card, the Billing Address entered MUST MATCH the name and billing address associated with your selected credit card. Only credit cards with billing addresses within the United States are accepted.
PayPal takes up to 24hrs. to authorize all Credit Card transactions. Once all billing and Credit Card information have been verified and validated by PayPal, we will ship the item you have purchased.  


Shipping

Free FedEx, or USPS Ground shipping; ON MOST purchases; within the continental United States (48 States). Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories there will be delivery surcharge. Orders will be shipped out from Monday through Friday (except holidays). Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped out the same day. However, sometimes due to unfortunate circumstances, we may have to delay shipments for 1 day. Tracking numbers will be sent via email within 1 business day when the order was shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number, first check your spam filter on your email. If it’s not there, please contact us.

All items indicated to be in-stock are shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. In-stock items ordered after 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped on the following business day. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, it will also provide the shipping tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to FedEx or USPS).
Depending on the distance, day of the week and/or size of the order; Detoti will decide which carrier is more efficient to use to ship; unless a surcharge for faster delivery is paid by the customer.

IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order, in fact, may be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order should you prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
Any orders that are more than $100.00, will be shipped using a "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" option; at NO extra cost to our customers.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with Detoti Auto Parts, you must contact customer support by email (sales@detotiauto.com) or by phone (1-­626-672-0083). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order please be ready to provide your name, your contact information and the order number.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Out of Stock Policy

Our inventory does fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in­stock” when you place your order, in fact, may be out­of­stock. In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email immediately, to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order, if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out ­of­ stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.
