30 Day Limited Warranty

Detoti Auto Parts offers a Limited Warranty to all of our products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under a normal service conditions for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. The warranty is not transferable, is valid to the original buyer, and limited to the replacement of a defective product. This Limited Warranty does not cover labor, damage from accidents, alterations, or misuse of modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned to Detoti Auto Parts for inspection and final approval. This Limited Warranty does not cover, nor assumes responsibility for any expense, such as labor, towing, or car rentals. No item will be exchanged if damaged, misused or improperly installed. We always recommend professional installation of our products. The buyer assumes risk of damage caused by improper installation.


Return / 30 Days Money Back Guarantee

  • 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee – if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason (and the part is brand new, meaning it hasn’t been installed or damaged in anyway), please return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less shipping fees.
  • Detoti Auto Parts is unable to exchange items. We suggest returning the un-wanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.
  • A 10% re-stocking fee will apply to any open item.
  • Please contact Costumer Support by email ( or by phone (1-626-672-0083) for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and return shipping address. Do not return items without a RMA#, or the package may be refused and returned to you at your expense.
  • Returned items must be well packed in original manufacture’s packaging and must contain everything that was originally provided, such as packing material, hardware, manuals, protective wraps/caps, instructions, etc.
  • Be sure to write down and save the package tracking number for your own records. If your return is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot refund you because the item cannot be re-sold or returned to our supplier. You will have to submit a claim directly to your shipping company requesting compensation.
  • Refunds are issued approximately 2-4 days after we receive your return. Please allow this 2-4 days inspection processing time before inquiring about the status of your refund.
  • Detoti Auto Parts will confirm receipt of the returned item by email. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit had been issued to your PayPal account.
